In general, we will arrange for delivery on a Friday. On the day before, we will confirm the delivery and also know the final charge and thus the final price.

We will send two emails right before delivery:

• one on the day before delivery when we confirm the delivery date; This email contains the pickup information, including price, location, contact information, how to pay...
• one on the day of delivery, after the truck arrived. This email tells you when can you pick up and when you must pick up.

If you ordered for others, please supply a list to us before the product arrives, or pick up for them too. In either case, please also collect money from your friends and make a single payment to us.

When you pick up your products:

1. Please pick up as soon as possible. The host family are doing us a serviceand the neighbours too. We do not want the products left there too long and neighbours complain. If we make a neighbour unhappy, we will not be able to continue this work.
2. DO NOT block the drive ways of the neighbours! Thank you!
3. Bring big trash bags if you want to wrap the original packages.
4. Pick up the number of bags as assigned, no more and no less.
5. If you encounter a broken bag, please take it with you. Otherwise, it will leave a mess and become even harder for others to pick up later and cause big trouble to the host family. Thank you in advance for your consideration for our fellow gardeners and the host family.
6. Payments are due on pickup. Cash or personal checks are fine. The final price and your total will be shown in the last two email messages.
7. Product is 50 lbs per bag. Check your tire pressure before you come and pickup. Don't overload.
