Factory no longer produce chicken manure -- need to find a supplier

I am reporting a sad news: the factory no longer produces chicken manure, that means we need to find another supplier. However, so far we have not found another one.
The background:
1. The tougher environmental protection regulation prevented farmers from using chicken manure -- smaller demand.
2. The original company was brought by a bigger company, making chicken manure a business not attractive.
Please help find a supplier. If you find one, please share with us.
