Hi all,
It's that time again! Our web site will open for new orders on Wednesday, August 17. Here are somethings to note:
1. Previous orders are now cleared -- if you ordered before today but did not get them, you need to order again.
2. Orders will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Each truck can carry 720-800 bags. If there are already 720 bags at the time of your order, you may not get them.
3. Each family is limited to 30 bags. This limit is set to discourage people ordering for others (which causes issues during distribution), so if you really want more and all will be by your family, you may email us.
4. The first truck is expected to be delivered Sept or Oct. In case you do not get it in the first truck, you do not need to re-order for the second truck, which may be delivered between Nov. to Feb. based on past experience.
