Service Process

Business Assistant Service:

Before you come to Wenzhou:

•Advise you the best time and period for your business trip to China. Sourcing suppliers and arrange business appointments with factories and suppliers.

• Issue Invitation Letter (Business invitation or official invitation) for your visa application.

•.Arrange discount hotel reservations, flight, train and car rental bookings with the best discount if needed.

•.Plan the itinerary and travel route according to your specific requirements.

When you arrive in Wenzhou, start your purchasing:

•Pick you up from the airport/railway station.

•Once you are in Wenzhou, we could have a meeting in your hotel lobby, restaurant or our office, pls feel free to let us know your budget, then we could arrange your purchasing preparation in advance;

•Guide you to visit the right markets and visit the shops one by one, participate in trade shows, or visit the factories if necessary;

• Translate and negotiate for the detail of the goods between you and suppliers;

• Write down all the product details such as: item no, description, unit price, quantity, size, color, packing details, MOQ etc. In the meantime, we take photos for all the merchandise you have ordered;

• Provide business negotiation services where necessary;

•Making the Performa Invoice that including the unit price, pcs/ctn, total amount, total CBM, ocean freight, and local handling fee. etc. for your confirmation of the details;

•Make you have a safe & comfortable business trip…

After you complete purchasing:

• Place orders to all the suppliers based on your requirements

• Making sample if needed and ship out for sample approval before production

• Communicate with the factories/sellers where necessary

• Follow every order to make sure the goods finish on time

• Arrange quality checking before or upon shipment

• According to your request, book shipping space and arrange shipment

• Assist you in payment and banking settlement

• Collect all the goods, inspect them and ship them out together when you purchase different goods from different factories/sellers

•Prepare the export documents concerned and go through relevant customs declaration formalities if you need us to do so.

•Send you all the documents including B/L, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice to help you go through customs clearance formalities in the destination.

•Track the shipment by communicating with the cargo forwarders and shipping companies until the goods safely arrive in your specified destination

When you are not in China or have no plan to Wenzhou

• If you want to customize or order any product, we source simultaneously in Wenzhou or other cities in China

•Find more suppliers for your reference

•Track the financial situations of the suppliers and inform you of any unfavorable change immediately

•Inspect the products you have ordered from any factory and prepare relevant inspection report for your confirmation.

•Fulfill any other specific tasks assigned by your esteemed company.

Tour Guide Service:

Before you come to Wenzhou:

Services are generally based in Wenzhou (including Lucheng District, Ouhai District, Longwan District, Dongtou District, Yueqing City, Rui'an City, Yongjia County, Pingyang County, Cangnan County and Taishun County).

Also, I can work for you in some neighboring areas such as Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jinhua, Yiwu, Yongkang, Qingtian, Shanghai, Fuzhou, Xiamen, etc.. I can also travel wherever where necessary. Travel expenses shall be covered by clients. I have traveled for work to Singapore, Dubai, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Suzhou, Ningbo, Nanchang, etc..

Service Charge- NO HIDDEN COSTS

•All-in-One Charge (including interpreter, assistant, car driving services, products sourcing, factory visit guide, business negotiation, trade shows, personal assistant and local guide): US$100 per day

•Work meals shall be covered by the clients.

•Entrance tickets of trade shows or sightseeing (if needed)

•If you need to travel to other cities besides, you are expected to be responsible for travel expenses, accommodation fees and extra 30% service charge.

•Quality Control: US$80 per day

•General/Technical Document Translation: US$50/1000 English Words

•Salary for acting as your sourcing/purchasing agent in China: Charges to be agreed (1-3% commission).
